Right by the pool!
Your condo, in building 7, is one of two closest to the pool. Being close to the pool is great, but you also have the advantage of a balcony that faces away so when you're done for the day- so is the noise.

Windsor Hills is the best resort around. There is no resort closer to Disney and none that upholds community standards quite like Windsor Hills. You'll find an upscale neighborhood that takes your security seriously and that provides excellent amenities. When you come to Windsor Hills, you won't find cars parked all over the road, out-of-control house parties, or properties that are left untended. Instead, you'll find a vibrant community with owners who care deeply about the resort and the guests, and a place you'll want to revisit year after year. Take the time to Google reviews of other area resorts and you'll find that Windsor Hills is the place to be!
This condo is a completely renovated 3-bedroom unit in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy the massive heated pool, brand new water park, large playground, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, arcade, movie theatre, fitness centre, and restaurant. It's just minutes away from restaurants, entertainment, retail, groceries, Costco, the hospital, and everything you could ever need.

Your home away from home is totally renovated: Granite in the kitchen & baths, stainless appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, and professionally designed; you'll love that the kitchen wall has been removed, creating a huge counter space that doubles as a bar-height eating area; there are only a few condos in Windsor Hills with this important update. Your condo is in one of two buildings closest to the pool & waterpark (building 7) and your balcony faces away from all the noise for a quiet, relaxing evening.
Parking is free on the resort. Guests may park one vehicle directly at the condo entrance and other vehicles may be parked for free in the additional parking lot (close by and free). Larger vehicles like RVs or vehicles with trailers must be parked in the additional lot.
Access to the front door is by key code, which is provided a couple days before check-in.
Guests are required to read and sign a rental agreement. The resort is a gated community and security requires guests to be registered ahead of time. Information like guest names and ages will be required, in addition to the primary booking person's address.
The condo is professionally managed and cleaned. Guests will have access to a property manager during business hours (and at all times in cases of property emergencies).
