The Pure Sunshine fundraiser is a draw to win one (1) available prize of a 7-night stay at Escape by KLMJ Sunshine, a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.  The prize includes accommodations, cleaning costs, resort amenities, and parking.  The prize does not include transportation/airfare, food and beverage, or other costs not specifically stated in these terms and conditions. The winner will have the option to choose an alternate prize of a US$1,500 credit with KLMJ Sunshine for a different US-based property.  If the 7-night condo stay is selected, the maximum retail value of the stay selected cannot exceed US$1,750.  Regardless of which option is selected, the travel dates must occur in the year 2024.  As of January 1, 2025, the prize becomes null and void unless a written exception has been provided by KLMJ Sunshine.  Once a stay has been selected and arranged with KLMJ Sunshine, it is not eligible for cancellation or rebooking, except by written approval by KLMJ Sunshine at its sole and absolute discretion.  There are no blackout dates; any available 2024 dates are eligible.  

 

To book a property or use the credit, the winner must contact hello@KLMJsunshine.com to make arrangements.  At the time of booking, a credit card will be required in order place a damage deposit hold. A rental agreement will be required to be signed.

This prize is not combinable with other offers.  If the US$1,500 credit option is selected, it must be used for a single stay in the year 2024.

Prizes have no cash value and no residual value may be carried forward.  

​

Subsequent to a ticket purchase, you will be provided a confirmation email with your details.  You will also receive a $50 discount code for a future stay with KLMJ Sunshine.  This discount code is not combinable with other offers and only one discount per booking is permitted to be applied.

The last date and time a ticket may be purchased is January 7, 2024 at 11:59pm.  The draw for a winner will take place on January 8, 2024 by representatives of Pure Dance Academy and the winner will be notified within 5 business days by way of phone call or email.

Once a fundraising ticket is purchased, there is absolutely no refund for any reason.  

​

Prize is non-transferrable.

All prices and prizes are in United States Dollars.

Proceeds of the fundraiser are distributed as follows: If 200 or fewer tickets are sold, dancers receive (total personal sales minus payment processing & currency conversion fees) x 40%. If 201 or more tickets are sold, dancers receive (total personal sales minus payment processing & currency conversion fees) x 70%. Fees are collected in USD and will be exchanged into CAD at the prevailing rate at the time of exchange, as determined by KLMJ Sunshine.  KLMJ Sunshine will remit eligible net proceeds, exclusive of payment processing fees, currency exchange costs, and retained shares, to Pure Dance Academy, who will apply credits to individual dancer accounts in accordance with their individual sales amounts less deductions.
